Communication at Boulevard Heights / Transition Center

Meet Kellie Cullen and Laura Obuchowski our Campus Speech Language Pathologists.

Ms. Kellie has been working at BHS and Transition Center since 2012 and has been with FWISD for 20+ years.

We give a BIG welcome to Ms. Laura this year as she joins the team!!  Laura began with FWISD in 2018 and is excited to bring her vast skills to the BHS family. 

This dynamic duo are responsible for providing speech therapy at several FWISD schools in addition to training teachers throughout the district on the use of LAMP Words for Life and other augmentative tools that provide non-speaking and limited language students' communication they need to succeed. 

The team has also been successful in collecting data for case studies, writing and obtaining grants, and providing additional support while spreading awareness through volunteerism in our local community.
